Theo Graham C.E.T.
DIRECTOR
Theo has 20 years experience leading construction crews across Canada. He has project managed a wide variety of builds from multi-million dollar solar farms across Ontario to timber frame custom homes in the mountains of British Columbia. He brings a tenacious work ethic, and strong communication skills to any project you may have, as well a reliable network of tradespeople to help accomplish whatever your dream may be.

COMPANY CONTROLLER
Erica works as the Company Controller at Songwood. She helps keep Songwood running smoothly. She is an essential part of our team. Erica lives in Kingston with her husband and young son.
Erica C.
Erica keeps things running behind the scenes, keeping the office team organized, managing all vehicles and equipment, team training, and health and safety and certificates.
When she’s not juggling it all, she’s reading or enjoying family time, and also makes HOT SAUCE!
Heidi K.
Heidi keeps our projects running smoothly with her practical, process-driven mindset. With certifications in design, accessibility, and business, she’s all about efficient, inclusive solutions. She lives in Kingston with her kids and a pack of dogs. Ask her about her puppies?
Chris B.
Chris brings experience in framing, siding, roofing, and more. He’s fast, reliable, and takes pride in his work. When he's not on the job, he's fishing or hanging out with family and friends.
Dustin M.
With over 15 years in construction and renovations, Dustin brings strong leadership and a sharp eye for quality. His experience has shaped how he builds, leads, and supports the team. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, paintball, and time with friends and family.
Garry G.
Garry’s a dependable tradesperson with 10+ years of hands-on experience in framing, roofing, siding. He’s known for his fast-pace, tight timelines, and staying busy—even in his downtime.

Matt B.
Originally from St. John’s, NL, Matt brings positive energy and mentorship to the team. He cares just as much about the client experience as he does about the build. In his free time, he loves camping and being with his grandkids. Ask Matt about the East Coast? But only if you have a few minutes.
